Order Process: You may order products directly from us via the online order function or by phone on 01572 822302. Your order constitutes an offer to us, once the order is accepted a confirmation email will be sent to you at the email address provided during the order process, you should check all details entered during the ordering process and correct any errors before placing the order as mistakes may not be able to be rectified. Collection Process: Arrangements for collection, including time and location will be detailed during the order process and in the confirmation email. Your order will be prepared in line with your collection time, if you arrive past the allotted time we cannot guarantee the quality of any hot/ fresh products. If you are unable to collect or do not arrive within 20 minutes of the allotted time your order may be disposed of and you will not receive a refund. Products and Allergen: Information on all of our products including full allergens is available upon request, if you have any dietary requirements or allergies please contact the team at The Crown on 01572 822302 before placing your order. Please note that because all products are cooked to order in the same kitchen we cannot guarantee and make no warranty that the products will not contain any allergens; the kitchen is a busy working environment and there is a risk of cross-contact between ingredients.
Any personal information given during the order process will be held in line with current GDPR regulations and all payment details will be processed in line with PCI compliance. Your details will not be used for marketing purposes and we will never share them with third parties.

Cancellations and Refunds: Please note that you do not have a right to cancel any contract for products under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulation 2013, however you may request that an order be cancelled or changed by contacting the team at The Crown on 01572 822302; we will endeavour to accommodate your request where it is reasonable to do so but this may not be possible on every occasion. Refunds: Please check that your order is correct at point of collection as refunds cannot be processed once you have left the premises. You have legal rights in relation to products that are not as described, faulty or otherwise not fit for purpose. If you believe that any products that you have ordered do not conform with these terms please contact the team at The Crown to discuss refund/ replacement to the value of that item.
